Our Kids Club Child Care helps give you the peace of mind you need to meet your fitness goals. Infants through 14-year-olds can enjoy activities and games while you work out.
High Intensity Training is exercising at the upper end or beyond the aerobic training zones. In the Spinning program, it can take many forms, from short sprints to long, hard intervals. This class is designed to speed up your metabolism and speed up fat burning. If your looking to get fast results this class is for you.
Need to add intensity to your fitness routine? This class will challenge your endurance, strength and coordination by adding water resistance to movement. Participants should be experienced exercisers and comfortable in the water.
Using noodles, work through a series of interval exercises that raise your heart rate in the water for a great cardio workout.
Fun Fitness 20/20/20
Indoor cycling classes (commonly referred to as Spinning®) are done in a fitness studio, with various light and music settings to create an energized atmosphere. Instructors guide participants through workout phases. Warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, cool-downs, etc. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you’ll need are workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face) and a water bottle. Stationary bikes have toe clips so you can wear tennis shoes. But many pedals also work with Shimano-style SPD cleats.

Zumba® is a dance-based fitness class that uses a fusion of Latin and International rhythms with easy-to-follow moves. It includes both cardio and resistance training components designed to tone and sculpt the entire body. Zumba® is designed for adults of all ages and fitness levels.
The Zumba® Kids program is the ultimate dance-fitness party for young Zumba fans ages 7-11, where they can play it loud and rock with friends to their own rules! This program features age-appropriate music and moves that get kids movin’ to the beat. It’s all about feeling fearless on the dance floor, reinforcing the idea that it’s okay to just be yourself and dance like no one’s watching!
